LThe organisation of the event is being handled by the Spanish Tourist Offices in Berlin, Vienna and Zurich.
For two days, June 16th and 17th, attendees and tourism professionals will be able to get a first-hand look at the richness and diversity of the itineraries that make up the Spanish Cultural Routes Association.
The Association of Spanish Cultural Routes take part on 16 and 17 June in “Spanien Erleben”, an event organised by the Spanish Tourist Offices (OET) in Berlin, Vienna and Zurich, which aims to present Spanish tourism to German-speaking markets.
Given the current health situation, the meeting will be digital. Exhibitors and visitors will communicate via avatars, an innovative format that aims to recreate the feeling of physically participating in the fair, gathering ideas, proposals, and suggestions.
The meeting, which can be accessed via the following link: https://spanienerleben.aviarepsvirtualfairs.com/, will feature pre-arranged meetings allowing professionals to learn about destinations, as well as specific Spanish tourist products, such as the five routes that make up the Spanish Cultural Routes Association: Pathways of Prehistoric Rock Art, Silver Route, El Cid Route, Routes of Charles V, and Routes of Passion.
The Spanish Cultural Routes Association was established on 9 April, as a further step within the joint promotional efforts that these itineraries have been undertaking since 2015, in coordination with the Secretariat of State for Tourism under the tourism brand «Rutas Culturales de España» created by Turespaña. Among its objectives is to coordinate international promotional actions to publicise the rich legacy that different cultures have left in our country throughout the centuries. This is an ambitious initiative that showcases a wide range of tourism resources from eleven autonomous communities.
