Spain Cultural Routes, in application of current regulations on the protection of personal data, informs you that the personal data collected through the forms on the website: www.spainculturalroutes.com, are included in specific automated files of users of the Spain Cultural Routes services.
The automated collection and processing of personal data is for the purpose of maintaining the commercial relationship and the performance of information, training, advice and other activities related to Spanish Cultural Routes.
These data will only be provided to those entities that are necessary for the sole purpose of fulfilling the aforementioned purpose.
Rutas culturales de España adopts the necessary measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

In Cultural Routes of Spain, we will process your personal data collected through the Website: www.spainculturalroutes.com, for the following purposes:

1. Sending of requested information via the forms provided on www.spainculturalroutes.com
We remind you that you can object to receiving communications by any means and at any time by sending an email to the address provided above.
The fields in said records are mandatory and it is impossible to achieve the stated purposes without providing this data.
How long is the personal data collected kept for?
The personal data provided will be retained for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or you do not request its deletion, and for the period during which legal liabilities may arise from the services provided.

Rutas culturales de España informs you that, as a provider of data hosting services and pursuant to the provisions of Law 34/2002 of 11th July on Services of the Information Society and E-commerce (LSSI), it retains, for a maximum period of 12 months, the essential information to identify the origin of the hosted data and the time at which the provision of the service began. The retention of this data does not affect the secrecy of communications and may only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation or for the safeguarding of public security, being made available to the judges and/or courts or the Ministry that so requests them.
Data communication to the State Security Forces and Corps will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the personal data protection regulations.
Intellectual property rights of Spain's Cultural Routes.
Rutas culturales de España holds all copyright, intellectual property, industrial property, know-how, and any other rights related to the content of the website www.spainculturalroutes.com and the services offered therein, as well as the programs necessary for its implementation and related information.
Reproduction, publication, and/or use of the content, in whole or in part, of the website www.spainculturalroutes.com is not permitted for purposes other than strictly private use, without prior written consent.

Intellectual property of hosted content
The use of services provided by Rutas culturales de España contrary to intellectual property legislation is prohibited, and in particular:
Use that goes against Spanish law or infringes the rights of third parties.
• The publication or transmission of any content which, in the opinion of Rutas culturales de España, is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, xenophobic or defamatory.
• The collection and/or use of personal data of other users without their express consent or in contravention of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
• The use of the domain’s mail server and email addresses to send bulk unsolicited email. 
The user bears full responsibility for the content of their website, the information transmitted and stored, hyperlinks, third-party claims and legal proceedings relating to intellectual property, third-party rights and the protection of minors. 
The user is responsible for complying with the laws and regulations in force and the rules relating to the operation of online services, e-commerce, copyright, the maintenance of public order, as well as universal principles governing the use of the Internet. 
The user shall indemnify Rutas culturales de España for any costs incurred as a result of www.spainculturalroutes.com being named as a defendant in any legal proceedings for which the user is liable, including legal fees and defence costs, even in the event of a non-final court decision. 
Protection of hosted information 
www.spainculturalroutes.com makes backup copies of the content hosted on its servers; however, it accepts no liability for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Similarly, it does not guarantee the full restoration of data deleted by users, as such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the period of time elapsed since the last backup. 
The services offered, with the exception of specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content stored in the backups carried out by Rutas culturales de España, where such loss is attributable to the user; in which case, a fee will be determined based on the complexity and volume of the recovery, subject to the user’s prior acceptance. 
The restoration of deleted data is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to Rutas culturales de España. 


Commercial communications
In application of the LSSI. Spanish Cultural Routes will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic means of communication which have not previously been requested or expressly authorised by their recipients.
In the case of users with whom a prior contractual relationship exists, Rutas culturales de España is authorised to send commercial communications concerning products or services of Rutas culturales de España that are similar to those that were initially the subject of contracting with the customer.
In any event, the user, after proving their identity, may request that no further commercial information be sent to them through the Customer Service channels.
